EVERY  WEEK

Women’s Monday Bible Study at Barbara Hollenbeck’s.

`Ukulele Group Wednesday in Sanctuary. 

Choir Practice Wednesday in Sanctuary. 

 

 

•  Sunday, August 1:  Communion and 10% of our Calabash will go to support our Benevolence Fund.  

 

•  Sunday, August 8:   Deacons will meet after worship in the Conference Room.

 

•  Tuesday, August 10:  Yung Mangrupe Study on “Better Together”  in the Mission Hall.

 

•  Thursday, August 12: Prayer Summit-2”  at is an evening supper, is Prayer in Sanctuary.  This is our once a month prayer emphasis to pray for our Sunday School and for our future as a Church.  Also if you have special prayer requests you want us to include as we pray together, please see a Deacon, Kahu Alpha or call the Church Office.

 

•  New Book Release:  “Beyond All Reason”- God at work in the South Pacific.  The author is former Wai`oli Church member Cathy Kreis.  Call Church Office or email: cathykreis@yahoo.com

 

Y We need your help during the summer in leading activities for the keiki during worship.  You can share  with them a hobby, talent of , bake cookies,  teach how to play croquette,  cards, bocce ball, sports, dance,  music, exercise, etc.

aHanalei Plantation Day & Piki Niki:  Saturday on  September 25, at the Mission Hall.  Multi media presentations,  music, talk story about the Hanalei Plantation Resort and “Piki Niki” a Paniolo themed steak fry.  Call the Church Office, if you have photos we can copy,  memorabilia or would like help with the Piki Niki.

 

aWai`oli Hui`ia ‘s 175th Grande Celebration:  Sat. Oct. 16 @ with lu`au to follow.   Kahu Stan Hankins will be our keynote speaker and will preach the sermon on Sun. Oct. 17
